Salary: $ 70000.00
We have partnered with a large Leasing Nonresidential Real Estate company in the Chino CA area to provide them with a Property Accountant. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Property Accountant:
#1. Must be Bilingual in Mandarin
#2. 57 years experience as a Property Accountant in the retail commercial real estate sector.
#3. Expertise in using Yardi software for property management and accounting functions.
Requirements of Property Accountant:
- A bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a similar discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in property accounting specifically within the retail commercial real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Yardi software for managing propertyrelated financial tasks.
- Strong capabilities in analysis and problemsolving.
- Ability to operate both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
Other Key Requirements:
- 100% onsite inoffice role.
- No sponsorships or visa holders.
- Onsite Monday to Friday 8 or 8:30 am to 5 or 5:30 pm
- Company does not allow any remote work.
