JOB SUMMARY

This opportunity is perfect for you ifyou are looking for parttime work with a flexible work from home schedule. We are a fastpaced property management company searching for an incredible Property Manager with either Real estate or hospitality industry experience. The ideal candidate will have amazing customer service skills a willingness to learn and grow be flexible with their contact schedule and familiar with Air BNB and other short term rental platforms. Experience in shortterm rental management is highly preferred.

This position offers you the chance for autonomy in your career along with the opportunity to learn about Real estate investing. We are searching for someone who is highly organized and familiar with managing invoices vendor payments and propertyrelated finances. Applicants must have the ability to think on their feet and quickly address unexpected issues or guest concerns within a short response period. Candidates must have an Apple iPhone as their primary cellular device and have a working laptop computer. You must be able to pass a Criminal Background check to obtain this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily property requirements.

Handle guest communication and inquiries immediately upon receiving communication.

Coordinate maintenance and repairs.

Manage vendor relationships and services.

Collect rents and handle financial responsibilities.

Ensure properties maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality.

Provide quick and effective solutions to guest issues.

Work collaboratively with local property managers and biweekly checkins.

Conduct property walkthroughs and inspections.

Make purchases on behalf of the company within a specified budget.

Manage and pay vendor invoices.

Maintain organizational systems for property management tasks.

Verify maintenance work through photos and audits.

Demonstrate resourcefulness and problemsolving abilities.

Manage guest communication rent collection and maintenance coordination through property management software.


QUALIFICATIONS

Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.

25 years previous experience in real estate or hospitality is required.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to handle financial responsibilities with trustworthiness.

Proficiency in using property management software and tools.

Must own a working laptop computer and an iPhone.

Flexibility to work remotely and visit properties as needed.

Ability to work independently think critically and solve problems quickly.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.

Familiarity with Apple products and proficiency in using iMessage for communication.

Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check

Must live within 2 hours of Luray Virginia
