- Maintain and update the company s stateoftheart CRM system with precision and attention to detail

- Collaborate with the Australianbased team to streamline data management processes
- Contribute creative ideas for improving data organization and retrieval methods

- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions and data manipulation techniques
- Experience with CRM software and a keen interest in mastering new database management tools
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high data accuracy standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Availability to work 20 hours per week typically from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM AEST
