Office Manager
Our client is seeking a detailoriented and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a dynamic medical facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management coupled with excellent communication and multitasking skills. This role is essential for ensuring the facility runs smoothly managing resources effectively and supporting the team to maintain optimal efficiency.

Monday to Friday schedule: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the clinics daytoday operations across 20 treatment rooms proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
Manage all aspects of the electronic medical record (EMR) system including programming and customizing forms updating services troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Lead the procurement process to ensure timely acquisition and adequate stock levels of medical supplies and equipment.
Manage clinic finances including bill payment supplier relations and contributing to budgeting and financial reporting.
Ensure exceptional patient care by overseeing customer satisfaction initiatives.
Formulate update and enforce clinic policies and procedures to maintain high standards of operation.
Work independently managing projects and operations with minimal supervision to achieve highquality results.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s Degree in Business or a related field.
Strong accounting knowledge and experience in financial reporting.
Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills in English with a strong conversational knowledge of French enabling effective communication with both Englishspeaking and Frenchspeaking clients.
Proven ability to negotiate effectively with vendors.
Experience in inventory management and ordering supplies.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fastpaced environment.
