About the role
Our client is a Property Technology Company leveraging Technology to disrupt the way we buy rent sell design construct manage and make decisions on property investments. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans building strong relationships with clients and leading the pursuit of strategic accounts. You will lead and oversee the sales team while driving business growth through effective sales strategies and pursuit of new business opportunities.
Summary of Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the companys overall business objectives. Analyze market trends competitor activity and customer needs to inform strategic sales planning.
Team Leadership: Build lead and motivate a highperforming sales team. Provide mentorship coaching and training to enhance the teams skills and overall performance.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Drive client acquisition efforts targeting key segments in the property financing market. Foster strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our technology solutions.
Revenue Growth: Set ambitious revenue targets and lead the team in achieving and exceeding sales goals. Implement effective sales tactics to maximize revenue generation.
Sales Operations: Oversee and optimize sales processes ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Implement and manage sales technologies to streamline operations and enhance performance.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and growth. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with market demand.
Forecasting and Reporting: Develop sales forecasts and reports to provide insights into sales performance.
Regularly communicate sales metrics and results to the executive team.
Collaboration with Crossfunctional Teams: Collaborate with product marketing and customer experience teams to ensure alignment between client needs and the development of technology solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field. Masters degree is a plus
- Minimum of 8 years proven experience in sales leadership roles preferably in a B2B environment with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales strategies market dynamics and customer relationship management
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
