Our platform supports companies in enhancing remote work and workation programs improving employer branding employee retention and talent acquisition. Were seeking a talented full stack tech lead to bring their technical vision to life. Partner with our founder Roman to launch an innovative product and drive growth.

Tasks

• Balance Operational and Strategic Development: Lead the development and architecture of the LUBYO platform dedicating 50% of your efforts to handson operational tasks and 50% to strategic planning and growth.
• Full Stack Tech Leadership: Take full responsibility for the endtoend development and technical direction of the platform ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Integration with HR Systems: Define and implement seamless integrations with HR software such as Personio BambooHR and Kenjo enhancing platform functionality and user experience.
• Hospitality Software Integration: Develop integrations with various calendars and booking tools used in the hospitality industry ensuring smooth operations for our users.
• Payment Solutions and Commission Calculation: Implement and manage payment processing systems including the calculation of commissions to streamline financial operations on the platform.
• AI Exploration: Evaluate the potential benefits of incorporating AI tools into the platform identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
• Fundraising Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team to secure seed capital contributing to the overall growth and success of LUBYO.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a startup environment is essential with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
• Strong ability to define manage and execute work packages ensuring effective delivery of project milestones.
• Technical Proficiency:

1. Language: Expertise in Elixir is a must.
2. Frameworks: Phoenix LiveView and Tailwind.

• A keen eye for design and a strong focus on usability ensuring the platform is both visually appealing and userfriendly.
• Experience with hospitality booking or HR software is highly desirable.
