Role Overview:
INGSOL is seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer/Senior Quality Engineer to join our team focusing on Manufacturing & Industrial Automation. The successful candidate will have a strong engineering background in Electrical Mechanical or Instrumentation and possess experience in quality assurance and control within an industrial setting. You will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality reliability and efficiency.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and standards for manufacturing operations.
- Perform regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
- Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions to address any deviations or defects in the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to identify potential quality issues and develop proactive solutions.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document and report quality metrics including defect rates process improvements and audit findings.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques including Six Sigma 5S and Kaizen.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with automation technologies and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in the packaging automotive or process industries will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with occasional travel to client site.

Six months appraisal cycle
Bachelor's or Master s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) with MBA will be preferred. 2-5 years of experience in procurement or a related role. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
