Job Description

Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Account Executive to join our Flxpoint sales team. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by engaging with prospects understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how Flxpoint can add value to their business.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Response and Qualification: Promptly respond to inbound demo requests. Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect requirements and ensure a good fit before proceeding to the demo stage.

Demo Hosting and Customization: Lead engaging and informative demos of Flxpoint software. Tailor each presentation to address the specific needs and challenges of the prospects business.

SolutionOriented Selling: Apply a consultative sales approach to offer Flxpoint solutions that meet the unique challenges faced by each prospect.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with prospects. Provide timely and relevant followups to keep Flxpoint topofmind and increase the likelihood of deal closure.

Sales Strategy and Reporting: Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies. Regularly report on sales activities and pipeline status to management.

Deep Product Knowledge: Stay updated with product advancements ensuring that you can offer indepth insights and address intricate productrelated questions.

Integration Consulting: Work with our Solutions Architect to design and illustrate integration diagrams ensuring that the Flxpoint platform will integrate with thirdparty systems and platforms. Provide recommendations on best practices and optimization strategies.

Requirements:

  • C2 English Level.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales customer success or account management. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experiment building and sourcing your own pipeline with cold calling (though not the main component youll also be cold calling).
  • Strong ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. (Consistent top 10% performer)

Nice to Have:

  • Familiar with Sales Technology such as:
    • MEDDIC Sandler Training BANT
  • Experience with eCommerce

Whats in it for you:

  • Salary: $2000 $3000 Base Salary
  • Commission: $2000 $2500 in monthly commission.
  • OTE: $60000/USD per year
