What Youll Do
As an Account Manager you will:
- Utilize CRM tools to contact qualify and convert leads into opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed daily weekly and monthly KPIs including calls made accounts contacted and revenue generated.
- Maintain regular and proactive communication with accounts ensuring excellent relationship management.
- Participate in focused sales campaigns such as call storms and hotel promotions.
- Qualify all opportunities related to meetings events and group accommodations following up with clients and hotels to ensure smooth coordination.
- Provide upselling solutions and offer alternative options when availability is limited.
- Manage external lists and execute sales activities across multiple platforms when required.
What Were Looking For
We are seeking driven and resultsoriented individuals with the following qualifications:
- Language Skills: Nativelevel Danish and fluent English (B2).
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales with a background in hospitality being a bonus.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office tools (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) and CRMs is highly advantageous.
- Communication & Organization: Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative environment and shows initiative in achieving team goals.
