Job Description
Direct all sales activities tomeet revenue goals and ensure implementing standards in all relatedtasks assigned, in addition to achieving team goals and increasingthe employee satisfaction index with a clear development plan foreach and everyone in the team.
• Monitor and oversee the sales team ona day-to-day basis, monitoring sales action plansregularly.
• Ensure all customers’requirements are determined and met.
• Activelypromote an awareness of the customer’s requirementsthroughout the organization.
• Management of thetop producing accounts within the segment ensuring that clientvisitations and entertainment targets are met, focusing on high-endsuite business.
• Ensure that all relevantsystems are updated with the client information, production, andsales activities.
