About The Role
The work will include, but not limited to:
- Advising on the full lending process from high-volume security preparation, settlement stamping and registration to all types of post-settlement consents and releases;
- Assisting numerous banks and financial institutions including privately owned companies; and
- Drafting documentation relevant to banking and finance matters;
