Job brief

In our datadriven company the BI Analyst works closely with the tech marketing and product teams and is accountable to the business intelligence lead. This roles main goal is to assist stakeholders in making wellinformed decisions by proactively identifying opportunities and challenges through data analysis which will have a positive and noticeable influence on the organization.

What you will do

Proactively contribute ideas to improve business performance
Utilize statistical methods and data visualization to identify trends and provide data interpretationsGather analyze and translate business requirements into actionable data insights
Suggest and evaluate product experiments
Proactively contribute to improve team workflow processes tools etc.Aid stakeholders in crafting wellinformed decisions: suggest define and monitor impactful KPIs
identify relevant data and ensure availability give data driven recommendations.Maintain data availability and improve data utilization: design develop and maintain data models and databases extract transform and load data for analysis.
Conduct adhoc analysis and ensure data qualityIf asked mentor junior team membersWho you are4 years of relevant work experience Proficiency in SQL and PythonKnowledge in R Tableau or similar tools is beneficialStrong understanding of databases and data integration
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skillsStrong communication and presentation abilitiesFamiliarity with git docker or dbt is desirable
Experience in the AdTech industry or in consumer products (web/mobile)
