Job description

The ProjectManager will be responsible for overseeing the construction andbuildout of the new Qatar Service Facility. This role will involvecoordination with contractors management of project timelines andensuring all aspects of the build meet our high standards ofquality and safety.

Upon completion of the construction phase theProject Manager will transition into the role of Qatar ServiceCenter Manager where they will oversee the operational aspects ofthe facility.

This role is a unique opportunity to not only lead acritical build project but also to grow into a key operationalleadership position within the company.

KeyResponsibilities :
• Lead theplanning and implementation of the facility buildproject.
• Facilitate the definition of projectscope goals and deliverables.
• Develop fullscaleproject plans and associated communicationsdocuments.
• Effectively communicate projectexpectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clearfashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on anongoing basis.
• Estimate the resources andparticipants needed to achieve projectgoals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals andrecommend subsequent budget changes wherenecessary.
• Plan and schedule project timelinesand milestones using appropriate tools.
• Trackproject milestones and deliverables.
• Developand deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentationand presentations.
• Proactively manage changesin project scope identify potential crises and devise contingencyplans.
• Define project success criteria anddisseminate them to involved parties throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coach mentor motivate and superviseproject team members and contractors and influence them to takepositive action and accountability for their assignedwork.
• Collaborate with the business developmentteams to identify and pursue new repair opportunities in Qatar andthe Middle East region
