1. Provides project management for all aspects of all Technology and security systems projects including but not limited to kickoff meeting preparation of project documentation mothed statement risk assessment responsibility matrix project checklist functional and system specification planning estimating integration design preconstruction installation startup Testing commissioning and handover of assigned projects with required reports.
2. Manage coordinate and facilitate multiple reengineering and process improvement initiatives related to enhancement of systems and processes (BPR).
3. Establish project plans by determining period funding and staffing and approving project schedules.
4. Organize project staff by recruiting selecting orienting and training staff members.
5. Establish and achieve financial objectives by preparing a project budget scheduling and approving expenses analysing variances initiating corrective actions.
6. Control project plan by approving specification and plan changes assign responsibilities and approve contractors.
7. Prepare project status dashboards and reports by collecting analysing and summarizing information and trends.
8. Maintain project staff job results by coaching counselling and collaborating with functional managers.
9. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks a participating in professional societies.
10. Understand promote and lead team initiatives.
11. Other duties as assigned.
12. Prepare necessary datasheet technical document Diagram etc in regards with the Tender / Technical Proposal
13. Visit the Site on Regular Basis Daily /Weekly to check the status make pictures and hold meeting with the site team client contractors engineers etc.
14. Assign the team for site visit check and approve site visit reports
15. Prepare daily reports status updates weekly reports attend office meetings provide updates & Comments on Weekly meeting.
16. Work with CRM / PM tools to assign Task update task & get BOQ
17. Will be responsible for all materials items tools required for the next work is prepared & checked and issued to the Site engineer / Team leader
18. To check the team materials consumptions QA QC of the work
19. Work Closely with the Design team & check work carried out at site is as per Approved layout/ requirement
20. To regularly analyse the team skills performance and make sure the required gap is filled with adequate training
Qualifications:
1. Master Degree in Computer Engineering Electrical & Electronics Engineer & or Business Management Project Management is a must
2. Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
3. Minimum 8 years of Experience required out of which 5 years as Project Engineer / Site Engineer / Technical Consultant.
4. Solid technical background with understanding or handson experience in software development and web technologies
5. Must have Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (Networks Server and Storage etc.)
6. Must have worked in Various Server Environments
7. Knowledge of EPR Will be added advantage
8. Sound Knowledge of CCTV Solutions MOI Qatar Standards
9. Team Management Issue Solving & handling Multiple Nationality experience is a must
10. Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
12. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
13. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Project and Vision

Pay: QAR12000.00 QAR15000.00 per month
