About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their needs whether over the phone through email or in person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries concerns and service needs.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues escalating them to the appropriate department if necessary.
  • Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately input customer information into our systems and maintain uptodate records of all interactions.
  • Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service quality.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties including filing organizing documents and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficient in using customer service software email and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
