Job Description

This is NOT a front desk position!!! Our administrative assistants will be given projects to work on along side heads of different departments. MUST BE WILLING TO WEAR MULTIPLE HATS! This position is meant for people eager to do project management and make a difference for a company. We are needing applicants who wants more out of a position and are willing to put in the work to achieve success!

Administrative Assistant applicants must possess the following:

  • Strong ability to research projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail great organization skills and superior follow up skills
  • Outstanding written verbal computer and math skills
  • Highly proactive goal oriented and motivated attitude
  • Must be a team player but able to work independently be highly motivated and open to challenges
  • High work ethics common sense and good overall judgment
  • Positive attitude patience and willingness to help others

Administrative Assistant responsibilities:

  • Execute and organize projects
  • Research projects from AZ
  • Coordinating departments
  • Schedule meetings and interviews
  • Planning events
  • HR department assistance
  • Answer phones
  • Office ordering and inventory

Organizational Skills. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and vendors.
