Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and customerfocused Live Chat Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries resolving issues and providing relevant information about our products and services.

Will possess excellent communication skills be able to work in a fastpaced environment and have a strong understanding of customer service principles. You must be able to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively. Additionally you must have basic computer skills and proficiency in typing

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries through live chat support in a timely and efficient manner

Provide accurate information about our products and services

Resolve customer issues and complaints by offering solutions or escalating to the appropriate department

Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

Document all customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service and support processes

Stay uptodate with product knowledge industry trends and customer service best practices

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year of experience in a customer service role

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Basic computer skills including proficiency in typing and navigating through different software applications

Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Experience with live chat software and customer service tools is a plus
