As a vital part of our customer service department you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls addressing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with issues ranging from product information to service concerns ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our database.
- Provide product and service information to customers and offer solutions to their concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets related to call handling customer satisfaction and sales (if applicable).
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism to resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and provide feedback on service improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Proficiency in using computers and phone systems; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
