    Roles and Responsibility

      You will be responsible for leading the UI/UX design of our online English conversation service which is one of our core businesses. Additionally you will be entrusted with guiding and developing other designers.

      Specific Responsibilities

      • Visual design and direction of service and member sites as well as enhancing brand image
      • Design improvements to the website to increase conversion rates
      • Supervising the quality of employees (including dispatch and contract designers) and providing guidance and training

      You will be assigned to the Marketing Group Promotion Team.

    Minimum Requirements

    • WebUI
    • Figma
    • English here
      • Experience in UI design for web services
      • Experience in designing and operating inhouse services (customer experience design wireframe creation etc.)
      • Experience using Figma

    Preferred Requirements

    • English here
      • Experience supervising design and giving instructions/guidance to designers
      • Experience in development and design production while collaborating with engineers
      • Experience proposing customer experience improvements to increase conversion rates

    Annual Salary:JPY

    • Salary Type: Annual Salary Your salary will be determined based on your experience and skills.
    • Overtime Allowance: Yes (Equivalent to 40 hours of fixed overtime pay) The average overtime worked in our company is around 20 hours per month. For an annual salary of 6 million yen this amounts to 117360 yen.
