Requirements

Educational Background:

Degree in Business Informatics Information Management Natural Sciences or a related field.

Technical Expertise:
MustHave: Analytical thinking understanding of complex IT and system architectures presentation skills processoriented thinking workshop facilitation and project management experience.
Technologies: XML knowledge (musthave) basic scripting and programming skills (nicetohave) familiarity with W3C standards.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in mechanical engineering and plant construction (nicetohave).

Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in knowledge and information management ideally with experience in consulting for technical communication.

Language Skills:
German (C2 level) English (C1 level).

Personality Traits:
Communication skills solutionoriented assertiveness persuasive active listening team leadership customer orientation.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Continuous client engagement in close coordination with project management and implementation teams.

Process Optimization: Identify optimization potentials and develop solution scenarios with clients.

IT System Landscape: Selection implementation and further development of clients IT systems in the technical information environment.

Model Development: Develop process metadata and information models for systems like Component Content Management Systems Content Delivery Portals and knowledge graphbased applications.

Workshop Facilitation: Lead and moderate customer workshops to identify needs and define solutions.

Agile Project Management: Apply agile methodologies in project management to ensure successful project delivery.

Hiring Process

1) Initial Video Interview: 1hour discussion with the General Managers HR and relevant department heads to assess fit and expertise.

2) OnSite Interview in Lindau: 45 hours including a team lunch site tour and deeper discussions on the role and responsibilities. We cover travel and accommodation costs.

3) Final Decision: Based on overall fit experience and cultural alignment.
