ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a detailoriented highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join their accounting/finance team. As an FP&A Analyst you will work closely with the firm's controller and department managers in supporting the firm's various businesses. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
Assist in preparing financial statements for senior management.
Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.
Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
Support the monthly financial reporting process including variance analysis and management reporting.
Prepare adhoc financial analyses and reports as needed.
Continuously improve financial processes and systems.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
At least two years of experience in an FP&A role preferably in parking operations or property management.
Advanced Excel skills including but not limited to complex formulas pivot tables conditional formatting basic financial modeling and a basic understanding of Macros.
At least beginnerlevel experience with Power BI.
Familiarity with accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
Extensive experience with financial reporting software such as Management Reporter.
