Job Description
Job Title: Financial Analyst FPA
Location Warrenville IL 60563 This role is 5 days a week onsite in office normal business hours.
Salary 90K to 105K and good benefits package full time role
Key Points of the role:
3 years experience as a Financial Analyst FP&A with strong financial modeling forcasting dashboard building tools ( Power BI is preferred or Tableau) with ability to analyze data to present to leadership.
Analytical skills that allow for the development of datadriven reports
Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills attention to detail critical thinking.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (PowerBI)
Background in a manufacturing environment preferred
Experience with Microsoft D365 and Enterprise Performance Management tools a plus
Primary Responsibilities
Provide key support financial modeling and analysis related to the annual budget quarterly forecasts and annual strategic plans
Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting and presentations to senior management related to financial results
Develop and maintain financial models related to supply chain and working capital enhancements
Play an important role in modeling financial information to report to various rating agencies
Identify risks efficiencies and/or opportunities through analysis. Alert management to potential areas of exposure and recommend solutions to ensure onbudget performance.
Support PowerBI reporting and assist in driving technologybased reporting for the enterprise
Evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Ad hoc projects as required
Education
Undergraduate degree in finance accounting or related field preferred
CPA a plus
