Sr FPA

The Sr. FP&A will lead financial reporting and performance management at the Segment level guiding planning cycles and harmonizing reporting processes across Commercial Operations and Supply Chain. This role requires strong collaboration data analysis skills and the ability to influence others while driving improvements in finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leadership on Commercial Operations and Supply Chain reporting to drive accountability.
• Manage daily KPIs P&L expense analysis and policy development for key metrics.
• Conduct longrange planning market assessment and support for earnings and board content.
• Lead a global finance team providing strategic FP&A guidance.
• Perform monthly analysis reforecasting and variance analysis.
• Support M&A financial requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
• Drive process consistency continuous improvement and develop analytical models.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; advanced degree or CPA preferred.
• 8 years of progressive finance experience ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong skills in identifying and correcting process irregularities.
• Experience in Commercial Operations Supply Chain finance and ERP systems (Oracle SAP Hyperion).
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and influential approach.
• Detailoriented handson and adept at adapting in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
