Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage design projects from conception to completion ensuring they align with company goals.
- Oversee and mentor the design team providing training and leadership to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop effective design strategies that enhance the user experience.
- Implement best practices in design and project management to ensure timely and quality delivery of design solutions.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with design outputs.
- Drive innovative design thinking throughout the team and lead brainstorming sessions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to keep designs relevant and competitive.
- Provide regular project updates and presentations to stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant design experience.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficient in design software and tools.
Desired Experience
- Experience working in the recruitment software or staffing industry is a plus.
- Proven track record in delivering successful design projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop design initiatives that contribute to overall business objectives.
