Job Description: Workday Configuration Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Workday Configuration Specialist with a strong background in configuring and optimizing Workday modules. The ideal candidate will have experience with Payroll Benefits Reporting and data analysis. This role involves ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of Workday systems to support our HR and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities:


Workday Configuration: Configure and maintain Workday modules including Payroll Benefits and Reporting.
System Optimization: Continuously improve and optimize Workday configurations to meet business needs and enhance system performance.
Data Analysis: Analyze data within Workday to generate insights and support decisionmaking processes.
Reporting: Develop and maintain custom reports to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Workday configurations and integrations.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR payroll and IT teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations processes and procedures.


Qualifications:


Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday configuration.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in configuring Workday Payroll Benefits and Reporting modules.
Strong data analysis skills.
Experience with Workday reporting tools.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problemsolving abilities.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
