Our client is a raising Startup in SEA who is searching candidates to join their firm:
Create and manage the overall technology plan for the super app including ridehailing other services and the underlying systems.
Manage the entire process of creating software from designing and building strong systems to putting them into use and keeping them working well.
Find train and lead a team of talented software engineers data engineers and other technical experts.
Encourage creativity teamwork and highquality work among the engineering team.
Work closely with product design and data science teams to make sure products are developed and launched smoothly.
Support and promote the best ways to develop software such as Agile DevSecOps and Zero Trust.
Make sure the platform is secure can handle a lot of users and works reliably.
Keep learning about new technologies and trends in software development.
Monitor important performance measures and make sure teams achieve their engineering objectives.
At least 10 years of experience leading teams of software engineers.
A history of creating and growing successful teams of software engineers to develop complex systems that work well and can handle a lot of users.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing microservices and how distributed systems work.
Experience creating and keeping systems that can handle a lot of users and work reliably.
Excellent leadership skills that can inspire encourage and guide engineers.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to work well with different teams.
Experience using Agile and DevSecOps methods and a desire to always improve.
Experience leading software engineering teams and understanding technical details to help the team make good decisions that lead to efficient adaptable and scalable systems.
A selfstarter who can work hard and take responsibility for their work.
Good at solving problems analyzing information making decisions and finding solutions quickly.
A strong sense of responsibility a positive attitude and a willingness to work as a team rather than as an individual.
Bonus Points:
Experience working with super apps that offer many different services.
Knowledge of the industry that provides services immediately when requested and the specific technical problems it faces.
Experience creating and leading teams of talented people.
