Our client is a reputable wellness company from the USA with 20 years since inception they are now expanding in the APAC region looking for great talent to join the team.
Responsibilities:
1) Field Development:
- Under the direction of sales leadership helps to build relationships of trust with engaged field leaders.
- Supports sales leadership as they engage on a regular basis with field leaders on goal setting and strategies to grow their teams and sales.
- Supports sales leadership with online and offline meetings training and engagements with the field.
- Supports active promotions and activities through creative engagement strategies leadership.
- Support sales department by generating reports relevant to businessbuilding activities to ensure the sales team is on track to meet monthend goals.
2) Sales Recognition:
- Facilitates sales team participation in recognition efforts.
- Assists in recognition efforts at Sales Events.
- Arranges monthly advancement shout out efforts with the sales team.
3) Sales Training Webinar and Event Coordination:
- Sales Training and Webinars
- Sends meeting invites and Zoom links to speakers and collaborators.
- Arranges guest speakers.
- Facilitates translation (when needed).
- Coordinates with Communications team to promote and communicate with attendees.
- Facilitates recording and rebroadcast of webinars.
- Posts webinars to channels.
- Manages webinar playlists.
- Sales Event Coordination
- Coordinates all aspects of sales events (venue selection and management travel accommodation transportation food and beverage speaker coordination and attendee communication & management monitoring expenses to budget).
- Gather event feedback prepare postevent reports and prepare event calendar.
4) Administrative Duties:
- Supports Sales leadership with all administrative functions as needed.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Assists in presentation creation.
- Monitors business builder FB group. Advises team when commenting is required and answers questions relating to sales initiatives & programs.
- Submits all marketing support and IT requests.
- Monitors Sales inbox and reports issues to appropriate department members.
- Assists with reimbursement requests and payment reconciliation for event expenses.
- Schedules zooms/calls/meetings for Sales leadership.
- Prepares meeting agendas/takes notes/sends out meeting minutes and conducts followup as appropriate.
- Sends gifts/flowers/cards/etc. to leaders and contacts as needed.
- Follows company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in hospitality public relations marketing or equivalent.
- Min 2 years relevant experience preferably in direct selling industry.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work crossfunctionally in a team environment.
- Project management experience would be an added advantage.
- Comfortable with adapting and adjusting to multiple time sensitive demands shifting priorities and ambiguity.
- Multitasker and strong attention to details.
- Proficient in various events related software tools and applications.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel.
