Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a IT Support Engineer:
Job Responsibilities
- Provide first and secondlevel IT support to endusers.
- Assist endusers in both local and remote locations to ensure smooth business operations including monitoring the performance of enduser computing devices.
- Install configure and maintain computers workstations applications and related IT equipment.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle including technology refresh preventive maintenance (e.g. laptops printers) and software license tracking.
- Handle the procurement of IT equipment software and related products including managing procurement processes and supporting requirement scoping and evaluation.
- Conduct stocktaking asset management and maintain accurate asset records for enduser computing devices.
- Coordinate with IT vendors to ensure service quality address feedback and implement improvements.
- Support the implementation of new enduser computing technologies.
- Perform any other ITrelated duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support for endusers.
- Passion or interest in the healthcare or community services sector is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Experience in troubleshooting basic IT issues and escalating complex cases when necessary.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4500 AWS VB (1 Month)
- Working Location: Simei
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
