Job Description

Job Overview:

The IT Executive will manage and maintain the company s IT infrastructure ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems and providing technical support to employees. This role involves overseeing hardware and software installations troubleshooting technical issues and implementing IT policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the company s IT infrastructure including servers networks and computer systems.
  • Install configure and update hardware and software as needed.
  • Provide technical support to employees resolving ITrelated issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of all IT resources.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for ITrelated purchases repairs and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular system backups and ensure data recovery processes are in place.
  • Monitor and manage IT budgets ensuring costeffective use of technology resources.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT trends technologies and best practices and recommend improvements to enhance the company s IT infrastructure.
  • Train employees on the use of new technologies and provide ongoing IT education and support.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).


Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers networks and computer systems.
  • Experience with hardware and software installation configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in network management and security protocols.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
  • Experience in managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with IT project management and implementation.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data protection regulations.
  • Experience with remote and hybrid work technology solutions.

Work Environment:

  • Collaborative office setting with responsibilities that may require occasional onsite support.
  • Remote or hybrid work arrangements may be available depending on company policy.
  • Occasional additional hours may be required to resolve critical IT issues.
