Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Executive (SAP Experience)
Location: Churchgate Mumbai.
Company Overview: We are a leading optical company committed to delivering innovative highperformance optical solutions to our clients.
Position Overview: We are seeking an Accounts Executive with strong SAP experience to manage financial transactions ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will bring precision and efficiency to the finance team.
Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records prepare financial statements and reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries.
SAP Accounting: Oversee financial processes in SAP ensuring accurate data entry report generation and analysis for decisionmaking.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices manage payments and track receivables to ensure timely collections and accurate records.
Tax Compliance: Ensure timely submission of tax filings GST and compliance with local tax regulations.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts and perform variance analysis to support financial planning.
MonthEnd/YearEnd Closing: Support monthend and yearend closing activities ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments including procurement sales and operations to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
5 years of relevant accounting experience preferably in retail or optical industries.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
Strong organizational analytical and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
