Job Description
Our IT Services team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join us. As a Team Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of professionals and ensure the successful delivery of projects
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement solutions
Develop and maintain project plans budgets and timelines
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
6 years of experience in IT Services
Experience in handling teams
Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
