Role: Senior Process Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 year in B2B calling / AR calling / AR Caller / Patient calling / medical records retrieval / AR Billin / medical billing / claim adjudication / Claims management
Location: Bangalore
Job Type: Fulltime
Reporting to: Team Lead/Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Executive to join our client dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong work ethic and a passion for building relationships.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or medical billing industries
- Knowledge of AR calling AR billing claims management medical records retrieval B2B Calling processes
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to join within 23rd Sep
- Must be able to walkin for an F2F interview on August 31st in Bangalore
- No Tech Graduates will be considered
excellent communication skills with international voice process
