About the role:
Join our dynamic team in driving success through impactful digital marketing initiatives. We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to play a crucial role in our marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a knack for managing subscription models executing campaigns and delivering insightful reporting and analysis for optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of campaign content and collateral consistent with our brand guidelines.
Manage campaign forecasts timelines and delivery to meet strategic marketing goals.
Oversee and maintain the customer database ensuring accurate and efficient campaign tracking.
Conduct detailed reporting and analysis on campaign performance working with data and analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
Offer recommendations for campaign improvements based on reporting outcomes.
Handle the endtoend management of the subscriptions model optimizing the customer journey and experience.
Integrate and work with various technology platforms such as Xero Commerce 7 Klaviyo Teams and Asana to streamline marketing and reporting processes.
Utilize strong Excel skills to compile data from multiple sources create models and deliver comprehensive reports on campaign performance.
Requirements:
Experience in digital marketing particularly in managing campaigns and subscription models.
Proficient in reporting and analysis with the ability to use tools like PowerBI or similar to create reports and provide optimization suggestions.
Strong in Excel including pulling CSV data and utilizing it for campaign reports.
Knowledge of Commerce 7 or similar inventory management systems Klaviyo for email marketing and familiarity with Asana for project management.
Excellent coordination and project management abilities including working with crossfunctional teams to ensure campaign success.
Effective communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
