Fitness CMS Specialist Manual QA 2

About the Role:
The Fitness CMS Specialist will be responsible for updating and maintaining our Fitness CMS ensuring that fitness movements workout routines and multiweek fitness programs are accurately reflected in our Program Builder. This role demands a keen eye for detail strong organizational skills and the ability to work systematically with a backlog of tasks. The role will also include Manual QA of all of our content in the app.

Responsibilities:

• Content Management: Update and maintain fitness movements workout routines and multiweek programs in the FitnessCMS using our web interface tool.
• Web Interface Management: Use a specialized web tool for uploading managing and QA of fitness content within the CMS.
• Backlog Management: Efficiently work from a backlog of tasks and feedback related to movements workouts and programs ensuring updates and uploads are completed accurately and timely.
• Bug Reporting: Identify and log any discrepancies or bugs observed during updates providing detailed reports and collaborating with QA and Development teams for resolution.
• Manual QA: Perform manual quality assurance checks on the Fitness CMS output both on the web interface and our iOS app ensuring a highquality user experience.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of proven experience in either content management manual QA or a similar role within a digital environment.
• Must: Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills
• DetailOriented: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow complex instructions.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and task management abilities capable of managing a backlog and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with web interfaces Excel tables Google Drive Bugtracking tools like JIRA and basic content management systems. Experience with QA tools and methodologies is a plus.
• ProblemSolving: Ability to identify log and articulate bugs or issues within the CMS contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform.
• Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills using async communication tools like Slack with the ability to work closely with crossfunctional teams including QA developers and content creators.
• Passion for Fitness: An interest in fitness and wellness with a basic understanding of fitness movements and routines preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
