Business Field Service Specialist Rift Valley/Lake Region
JOB DESCRIPTION
Should ensure that our business clients are satisfied with the technical support provided by us For Business
Will be responsible for integrating our business UI systems and channel broadcast technology with those of clients providing first line incountry technical support.
Investigating new technology distribution systems available in markets in order to support our Business
To provide aftersales support to our IPTV customers internal business team escalations in the country and thirdparty SI and client support team escalations.
Responsible for addressing headend playout issues entitlements and frequency allocations as well as clarity entitlement issues.
Managing relationships with key stakeholders including commercial clients internal departments and external service providers.
Collaborating with other departments within our Business to ensure that the team/role is aligned with broader organizational goals and objectives.
Ensuring engineer is uptodate with the latest technology and industry trend and providing guidance on how to incorporate new technologies into the team s work.
Requirements
Requirements
1. Bachelors Degree in Business Information Technology
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
3. Candidates should be based in Rift Valley or Lake region
4. Candidates should have a deep understanding of DSTvs technical systems and business processes as well as excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
