Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities within the Sri Lankan market focusing on establishing and nurturing relationships with local hotels and hospitality providers.
- Partnership Establishment: Build and maintain strong partnerships with hoteliers to ensure a steady pipeline of quality property listings on MyTravalys platform.
- Onboarding Assistance: Guide and support hoteliers through the process of listing their properties on MyTravaly s marketplace ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
- Brand Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to increase MyTravalys brand visibility and recognition across Sri Lanka.
- Networking: Leverage existing networks and build new relationships with key stakeholders in the Sri Lankan hospitality industry to drive business growth.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market conditions in Sri Lanka to identify opportunities and challenges.
Requirements
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in business development sales or a related field preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Sri Lankan hospitality market with an established network of hoteliers.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas and negotiate deals effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
