Apium Innovations is a leading venture studio specializing in Web3 and blockchain solutions working with clients globally to build the next generation of decentralized applications. Our team is dedicated to helping startups and enterprises leverage emerging technologies to create innovative and secure digital products. As we grow were looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and help bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
Tasks
As a Business Analyst at Apium Innovations you will:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define business needs and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team.
Conduct detailed analyses of business processes and workflows identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Create documentation such as user stories use cases process flows and functional specifications to support product development.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the technical team ensuring a shared understanding of objectives priorities and requirements.
Analyze and monitor project progress providing insights and recommendations to support decisionmaking and improve efficiency.
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectives.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role ideally in a tech or softwarefocused environment.
Strong understanding of business process mapping requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data and insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience in Web3 blockchain or fintech is a strong plus.
A proactive mindset teamoriented approach and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
