You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a motivated and detailoriented individual to join our Technology Operational Excellence team in the R&D Technology unit. This position is responsible for ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and measurable outcomes fostering a culture of accountability and enhancing collaboration across teams.
Key responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
Perform basic Extract Transform Load (ETL) tasks to prepare data for analysis ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the process.
Build and maintain reports that track progress on key results and operational efficiency metrics providing insights for decisionmaking.
Collaborate with different departments to gather data conduct research and support the development of action plans.
Regularly track the progress of implemented actions and key results providing insights and recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Facilitate OKR planning sessions by leading workshops with teams to define refine and align OKRs with organizational goals.
Prepare content to communicate findings progress updates and OKR effectiveness to senior management.
Support the organization of workshops training sessions and other events aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications :
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology Data Science Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL) and experience with ETL processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
