Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities and attract clients from Romania and abroad primarily focusing on sales (70%) with additional administrative tasks (30%). This role is ideal for someone with strong sales acumen excellent relationshipbuilding skills and a passion for growing a business.
Tasks
- Prospect new clients by identifying and targeting businesses in need of staffing solutions in Romania and internationally.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed business development targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through networking cold calling email campaigns and inperson meetings.
- Present customized staffing solutions to clients based on their business needs offering tailored workforce solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with new and existing clients ensuring mutual benefits.
- Identify new market opportunities and areas for growth within the staffing industry.
- Attend industry conferences and events to expand the companys network and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions that meet client requirements.
- Manage and update CRM systems with client information sales activities and contract details.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management providing insights into business growth and client acquisition progress.
- Oversee the administrative process related to contracts invoicing and payment tracking for new clients.
- Assist in coordinating staffing proposals and presentations ensuring all necessary documents are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our staffing services remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and business development preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of the Romanian market as well as the ability to attract international clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisionmakers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in Romanian and English is required.
- Experience with crossborder business development is a strong advantage.
