Job Description
At AM PM were experts in creating premium bathroom products that redefine the essence of luxury living.
We are developing in the Romanian market and are looking for a Regional sales manager to join the team.
Tasks
- Sales development in the assigned territory
- Achievement of sales targets
- Building relationships with partner personnel
- Conducting product trainings
- Resolving disputes
- Monitoring product placement and improving representation with existing clients
- Sales planning
- Reporting and analytics
- Preparing presentations
Requirements
- Work experience as a field manager or sales representative of a network channel (NonFood: building materials plumbing household appliances) from 2 years
- Excellent negotiation persuasion and listening skills
- Focus on earnings results and success
- Willingness to spend 50% of working time on business trips in Romania
- Independent decisionmaking and responsibility for the result
- Important:
You need a personal passenger car and the ability to use it on business trips
Readiness to work on business trips up to 50% of working time
