We are developing in the Romanian market and are looking for a Regional sales manager to join the team.

Tasks

• Sales development in the assigned territory
• Achievement of sales targets
• Building relationships with partner personnel
• Conducting product trainings
• Resolving disputes
• Monitoring product placement and improving representation with existing clients
• Sales planning
• Reporting and analytics
• Preparing presentations

Requirements

• Work experience as a field manager or sales representative of a network channel (NonFood: building materials plumbing household appliances) from 2 years
• Excellent negotiation persuasion and listening skills
• Focus on earnings results and success
• Willingness to spend 50% of working time on business trips in Romania
• Independent decisionmaking and responsibility for the result
• Important:
  You need a personal passenger car and the ability to use it on business trips
  Readiness to work on business trips up to 50% of working time
