We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Project Manager to join our team in Bucharest!
About the job:
What youll get to do:
Manage project development from initiation to closure;
Maintain communication with project beneficiaries and manage their expectations;
Perform all PM specific activities: project planning scheduling time progress and resource tracking;
Work with project stakeholders to define project scope goals deliverables resources and time lines;
Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved;
Mitigate any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle;
Track and report on project milestones and provide activity status reports monitoring progress against baseline;
Identify risks that may affect the project outcome and alert relevant parties to them;
Inherit and help develop new tools and best practices for project management and execution;
Clearly communicate expectations and requirements to team members and stakeholders;
Analyze existing workflows and procedures propose ways to improve them;
Stay updated regarding project management procedures and best practices and put them into practice in assigned projects;
What You need to know:
Technical University/Computer Science or University of Economics / BusinessManagement;
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management;
Preferably 35 years of experience in IT project or product management;
Understanding of software development lifecycle and how to interact with project members;
Project documentation and business specifications management;
Some of the software required: Microsoft Office suite JIRA/Confluence Monday MS VISIO;
Strong documentation oral and written communications skills;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Ability to balance multiple ongoing responsibilities and appropriately communicate issues;
Analytic mind (strategic thinking);
Result oriented with problem solving skills.
Heres what we offer:
Start with 22 days of annual leave with 2 additional days added each year up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
Stay Healthy: 10 sick leave days per year no doctors note required.
Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months youll be in the office fulltime)

21 weeks of paid maternity leave with the flexibility to work from home fulltime until your child turns 1 year old.
4 weeks of paternity leave plus the flexibility to work from home fulltime until your child is 13 weeks old.
