Company Overview: We specialize in providing exceptional technical account management services supporting international clients across various industries. We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our dynamic team in ClujNapoca with the flexibility to work remotely.
Position Overview: As a Technical Account Manager you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of client accounts ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing support. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support requests from clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and implementation of solutions.
- Conduct regular technical reviews and audits to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to clients on product features and functionalities.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to proactively address issues and optimize client satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Signing Bonus: 1000 EUR Gross (paid over the first 3 months: 500 EUR in the first month 250 EUR in the second month 250 EUR in the third month).
- Salary: 1400 EUR Gross monthly (equivalent to 7000 RON).
- Performance Bonus: Up to 200 EUR Gross after 3 months up to 300 EUR Gross over 12 months and up to 400 EUR Gross after 24 months based on performance metrics.
- Accommodation: 6 months of rent allowance up to 500 if located in ClujNapoca; companyprovided accommodation available upon request.
- Meal Tickets: 30 RON per working day (120 EUR monthly value loaded onto a personal meal tickets card).
- Medical Subscription: Provided starting from the second month of employment.
- Transportation: Full coverage of relocation fees from the candidates current location including plane tickets bus or train expenses.
- Remote Work: Option to work remotely from home for up to 180 days per year with approval from the Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate them effectively to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally and work remotely as needed.
- Proven experience in technical account management or a similar customerfacing technical role would be a plus.
