Job Description:
We are looking for IT Service Management (ITSM) Managers to oversee
and improve our IT service delivery and support. You will manage a team and ensure that
service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management with Full stack Java
MySQL (DB & Queries)
ITIL certification preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in managing IT service desk operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee IT service delivery and support.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Develop and implement ITSM policies processes and procedures.
Monitor and report on service performance metrics.
Lead and manage a team of IT service desk professionals.
Coordinate with other IT departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.
