Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in the Bank/NBFC. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote Loan Against Property (LAP) products to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a strong sales aptitude and a customercentric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Sales: Promote and sell Loan Against Property products to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and field visits.
- Market Research: Stay updated with market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
- Documentation: Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure all required documentation is accurately filled.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to meet with potential customers and build a strong pipeline of leads.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Graduation
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Knowledge of Loan Against Property products is an advantage.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
