Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced FICO Model Franchise Head to oversee the implementation
and management of our franchise operations across various locations. The ideal candidate
will possess a deep understanding of franchise models exceptional leadership skills and a
strong background in finance and operations management.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Development:
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the franchise network.
• Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners and locations.
• Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies for new franchise opportunities.
Operational Management:
• Oversee the daytoday operations of franchise outlets to ensure adherence to
company standards.
• Implement operational procedures and ensure consistency across all franchise
locations.
• Provide support and guidance to franchisees in resolving operational issues.
Financial Management:
• Manage the financial performance of franchise operations including budgeting
forecasting and financial reporting.
• Monitor franchisee financial performance and ensure compliance with financial
policies and standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability.
Training and Development:
• Develop and deliver training programs for franchisees on operational procedures
sales techniques and customer service.
• Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for franchise staff.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that all franchise operations comply with legal regulatory and company
standards.
• Implement quality assurance programs and conduct regular audits to maintain high
standards.
Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees and address any concerns or
issues.
• Foster a positive and collaborative relationship between the company and its franchise
network.
Market Analysis:
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and
challenges.
• Develop strategies to enhance market penetration and brand presence.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field. An MBA
or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in franchise acquisition with a strong background
in finance and operations. Previous experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
Skills:
• Proven track record of managing franchise operations and driving business growth.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting forecasting and financial
analysis.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
• Proficiency in franchise management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
