We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Management and Accounting Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in fleet management or extensive knowledge of lease accounting. This role will involve reviewing and refining processes implementing contract management systems and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions related to contracts.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and refine existing processes related to contract management.
- Implement relevant processes in the selected contract management system.
- Set up banking processes to facilitate supplier payments and customer billing.
- Create reconciliations to ensure data accuracy between the Fleet system and general ledger.
- Establish monthly billing processes and define receipt matching procedures.
- Manage the full monthend process including journal processing customerlevel reconciliation and fund transfers.
- Set up mandates for all payments and ensure compliance with tax and VAT regulations.
- Define and implement additional processes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in fleet management or extensive knowledge of lease accounting.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
