Our client is a collection of uniquely designed hotel apartments. Due to expansion they are in need of a HEAD HR.
LOCATION: Abuja
JOB SUMMARY:
The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing the HR department developing workforce strategies and ensuring the effective management of all HRrelated functions.

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing the HR department developing workforce strategies and ensuring the effective management of all HRrelated functions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading the HR department and managing HR staff.
Providing strategic workforce planning insights to the board.
Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Overseeing recruitment onboarding and employee retention programs.
Managing employee relations performance management and disciplinary actions.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Managing compensation benefits and payroll processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Relevant HR certification (CIPM/SHRM/PHRi) is required.
510 years proven experience in an HR leadership role.
