Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Waiting List Management: Update and maintain the waiting list for rental units.
  • Rental Rate Determination: Determine and set appropriate rental rates for units.
  • Quotation Provision: Provide rental quotes to potential tenants.
  • MoveIn/MoveOut Process: Manage the movein and moveout process including scheduling inspections coordinating cleaning and preparing lease agreements.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive database of unit photos leases and repair records.
  • Renter s Insurance: Obtain and verify renter s insurance from tenants.
  • Prorated Rent Calculation: Calculate prorated rent amounts and deductions from s as needed.
  • PastDue Rent Reminders: Send reminders to tenants for pastdue rent payments.
  • Collections and Evictions: Complete necessary paperwork for collections and eviction processes.







Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing
  • Ability to join meetings during San Francisco business hours
  • Excellent negotiation skills dealing with lessors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
