Job Title: Senior Sales Manager Health SaaS

Location: Cape Town(Foreshore)

Role Overview: As the Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals while managing and expanding our client base within the UK health market. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies nurturing key client relationships and ensuring that your team achieves and exceeds their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mentor and motivate a highperforming sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth in the UK health sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure efficient processes for lead generation qualification and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts reports and insights to senior management.
  • Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies procedures and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales management role preferably within the SaaS or healthcare sector in the UK market.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales with a focus on selling solutions to healthcare organizations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Healthcare Administration or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
