The Agile Project Manager will oversee mediumscale projects from start to finish ensuring they stay within scope budget and timelines. This role involves mentoring junior staff on agile best practices and working with the product manager to translate epics and user stories into actionable tasks ensuring the team is focused on the right priorities.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Summary:
- Implement Agile methodologies to enhance software project quality and align with business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on processes tools and team dynamics through weekly sessions.
- Engage and integrate with diverse stakeholders to address various needs.
- Build professional relationships and regularly communicate with stakeholders using quality metrics and project reports.
- Accurately estimate costs and manage project budgets within scope.
- Deliver projects on time within budget and according to scope and governance.
- Ensure benefits traceability and manage scope and project schedule.
- Advise clients on project management approaches manage stakeholder engagement and conduct change impact assessments.
- Keep clients and management informed support change management processes and ensure postimplementation reviews and resource allocation.

Requirements
Minimum qualifications & Work experience:
- Minimum a 3year degree in Information Technology. Preferable B.Sc. Computer Science Bcom Informatics (Honours) B.Eng with Computer Science
- Experience in a financial sector would be beneficial
- Experience in card & payments is a must
- 5 10 years experience in a similar role

Required Qualifications: Tertiary degree, diploma or certificate in a relative field (IT, Engineering or Project Management) Experience and Knowledge: 7+ year working experience as a Business or System Analyst Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing Knowledge in reading SQL queries Basic knowledge in generating process documentation Ability to explain technical details Experience and exposure to project management or team lead roles
